Chia Seed Oil is particularly rich in omega-3 in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), omega-6, and smaller amounts of other healthy fats, such as oleic acid and stearic acid. It’s very rich in ALA, a plant-based omega-3 fat that your body doesn’t make and must obtain through food. Storage: keep away from direct sunlight, store at room temperature, refrigerate after opening. When stored at low temperatures the product may get turbid or solidify, but the effect fades at room temperature. Use within 3 month after opening. 

Suggested use: internal use- 1 teaspoon in the morning (on An empty stomach) and 1 Teaspoon in the evening (before bedtime) cold cuisine – according to the taste and the amount of food; external use- as necessary.
