CBD or its scientific name Cannabidiol is a natural plant molecule found abundantly in hemp. CBD works by stimulating your endocannabinoid system, to help promote balance, and calm in your body.

By extracting oil from hemp we are able to harness the beneficial properties, that the compound CBD naturally has to offer. We believe in the goodness of the whole plant, so our extracts contain a full spectrum of cannabinoids and not just CBD. Our CBD oils are a perfect combination of our highly concentrated CBD extract and our rich hemp seed oil. We maintain the integrity of the whole plant in our extraction process, so you receive the full CBD benefits.

Our lower concentration CBD drops are ideal for those who are new to CBD that want to promote a sense of overall well-being. While our stronger concentrations, are perfect for those that need a higher CBD dose and are best for more severe symptoms.

The best way to take CBD oil depends on the individual. For example, if you’re after a quick and effective way to take CBD oil that can be taken anytime, anywhere, then using CBD oil under the tongue could be the best method for you. However, if you don’t like the taste of hemp and want an easier way to see how many milligrams of CBD you’re taking, swallowing CBD capsules could be the best way to take CBD. Alternatively, if you want to avoid digestion completely (or have isolated pain for example), then applying CBD skin care or using CBD suppositories could arguably be the best method for you. We have discovered that cannabis/hemp contains over 400 molecules – and in recent research, we have discovered there are a group of molecules that cannabis produces called cannabinoids, which are mostly responsible for its effects. There are over 120 cannabinoids including CBD, THC, CBG, CBC, and CBN.

When it comes to CBD oil everyone’s experience may be different, it is thought that the effects of CBD oil when taken under the tongue can take effect in a matter of minutes. When CBD oil is taken in this way it enters the bloodstream much faster than if it was taken in other forms. Taking CBD under the tongue can offer almost immediate results and is why it is often the most recommended delivery method.

Full spectrum means that an oil or product contains all the cannabinoids that are found in the cannabis plant in nature, rather than just CBD (Cannabidiol). Full spectrum products are associated with the “entourage effect” – this refers to the increased effectiveness of these products due to the different cannabinoids working synergistically. Full spectrum products can be more effective than products that are CBD isolate derived. Products that are isolate derived will only contain the isolated CBD molecule.
