Turmeric and Black Pepper Capsules

Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years. Turmeric contains compounds called curcuminoids, with the most important one being curcumin. Curcumin is poorly absorbed in the bloodstream, so it is necessary to consume piperine with it. Piperine is found in black pepper, hence the turmeric and black pepper capsule on offer. Curcumin is also fat-soluble so it may be a good idea to take it with a fatty meal.
